Due to the nature of machine embroidery, which involves densely packed stitches and high tension, it is completely normal for the fabric surrounding the design to exhibit a slight pucker, pull, or ripple effect, particularly around the edges of the stitched area.

We use high-quality threads & stabilisers, proper hooping tension to minimise this effect as much as possible.

This slight puckering is not considered a defect and does not compromise the quality, durability, or longevity of your embroidered garment.
