All custom orders are final and non-returnable. Due to the personalised nature of our custom embroidered items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is uniquely created based on your specific requests, including designs, colors, and text. 

We encourage you to carefully review all details before finalising your order. However, if there is a mistake on our end, such as an error in spelling or design that differs from your approved order, we will gladly work with you to find a resolution.
